By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellations or rescheduling is made within less than 24 hours notice. This fee must be paid before a future booking can be made.

LATE ARRIVAL/ NO SHOWS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to another date and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you arrive late and your esthetician/hairstylist does not have enough time to complete the full service, your appointment may be shortened; however, the full service price will still apply.

Confirmation and reminder texts are sent three days prior to your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder, and do not show up for your appointment, no show fees will still apply. No show appointments require full payment of the booked service before any future appointments can be scheduled. After more than two no shows, clients will no longer be able to book with Country Comfort Spa and/ or Allure Hair.

PAYMENTS We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to HST in accordance with the Ontario tax regulations. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates must be presented at the the time of service.

REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of our services:

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address concerns. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

HEALTH & SAFETY Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns prior to receiving services. COUNTRY COMFORT SPA & AESTHETICS reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health or safety risk. We follow all Ontario Public Health and Sanitation guidelines.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

LIABILITY While we take every precaution to ensure safety and satisfaction, COUNTRY COMFORT SPA & AESTHETICS is not responsible for:

Allergic reactions sue to undisclosed conditions.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Loss or damage to personal belongings.
